Spirits are much like humans, though they need no sleep, food, water, nor air. They can exist anywhere, including underwater. They are, however, limited to the mobility of a human--they cannot pass through walls, doors, ground, or any other barrier. All spirits carry their personalities into the spirit world.
Negative spirits take the form of their death body--murderers, suicides, etc. They are often terrifying, ugly, or missing body parts.
Positive spirits exist as they did or would have at the prime of their life--they are beautiful or handsome.
Neutral spirits often stand by and watch, leaving an almost numbing feeling. They are neither beautiful nor ugly.
Although research is still being done, three types of spirits include powers, focusers, and commanders. Powers supply energy. Focusers allow energy to focus through them. Commanders have the ability to connect very directly with spiritual humans and allow them to command large armies of spirits, if they are capable. Each of these spirits can exist both among the positve and the negative.
